Job Title : Software Development Manager

Job Duties : Design, architect, develop, enhance and maintain software programs that the company markets, sells and supports. Recruit, manage, mentor and train a team of junior software developers. Assign day-to-day tasks and monitor and report progress. Assist with gathering user requirements and do market research to design and architect new modules. Design and implement enhancements to existing modules with new features. Fix bug and provide general maintenance of existing program modules. Additional duties include interacting with customers to resolve implementation issues and write and review product documentation.
Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering + 10 years of full time work experience in software development field. Experience must include: 1) software development life-cycle (SDLC) including builds, profiling, functional and load testing via Java and C++; 2) infrastructure monitoring and management technologies such as SNMP, IPMI and SMART; 3) Work experience with NoSQL systems (Cassandra, Couchbase) and Big Data technology (Hadoop, Spark, Storm)

Job Title : Computer Programmer

Job Duties : Develop, enhance and maintain software programs that company markets and sells. Develop new modules based on provided specifications. Enhance existing modules with new features. Fix bugs and provide general maintenance of existing program modules. Interact with customers to resolve implementation issues, and write and review product documentation.
Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field + 5 years experience in IT development or consulting. Experience must include: 1) software development life-cycle (SDLC) including profiling, functional and load testing via Java and C++ 2) infrastructure monitoring and management technologies such as SNMP, IPMI and SMART; 3) Work experience with NoSQL systems (Cassandra, Couchbase) and Big Data technology (Hadoop, Spark, Storm)

Job Title : Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Description: The Enterprise Sales Executive is expected to prospect and develop new customer leads, introduce customers to product capabilities and close deals. This is a direct sales position. The Enterprise Sales Executive will be expected to call into prospective customers, understand customer needs and work with the Sales Engineering team to ensure successful evaluation of AppPerfect software and services
Job Requirements : Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years experience in direct software and services sales. Experience with testing and monitoring software and services sales a major plus.
